Construction Contract Services LLC, (CCSI), is a veteran-owned small business entity operated by Nickolas Florez who has over 35 years of construction and contracting experience both within the government and in the private sector. Mr. Florez is a former contracting officer for both NAVFAC and USACE and a retired civil engineer corps officer. Along with Mr. Florez, CCSI includes a small team of scheduling and partnering professionals positioned to support both large and small projects.

CCSI is dedicated to making projects succeed for all stakeholders. Our goal is to help plan and execute the work in an efficient yet realistic manner so as to complete on time and within budget. By use of an effective partnering strategy, problems are identified early, communicated clearly and resolved promptly. We pride ourselves on bringing together all parties to engage in open and frank discussions to achieve common goals leading to project success.
