RAPID TRANSIT PROJECT, HAWAII

A series of three State of Hawaii projects totaling $190 million to construct nine rail stations, which are part of the $8.2 B Honolulu Rail Mass Transit Project. Three separate projects with each project consisting of three elevated platform light rail stations and related infrastructure. Project with the State of Hawaii administered by HART.

THE MALL OF SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO

Commercial project, $240 million state-of-the-art, upscale, multi-level fully enclosed shopping mall. Project was with a private developer.

BASSETT HOSPITAL, ALASKA

New Construction with Army Corps of Engineers at Fort. Wainwright, Alaska - $196 million. Project was with administered by the United States Army Corps of Engineers.

HAWAII REGIONAL SECURITY OPERATIONS CENTER (HRSOC) - HAWAII

Wahiawa, HI - $326 million. Construction of a new security operations center, personnel support building, central plant and warehouse building, visitor control center and supporting infrastructure. Project was administered by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC).

GROW THE ARMY PROJECT, SOUTH RANGE, HAWAII

A $130 million Design/Build project consisting of four separately funded Milcon projects, which included the construction of 28 separate buildings and their related infrastructure. Project was administered by the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
