Scheduling services include the development of the baseline schedule and provision of monthly updates in accordance with the contract specifications, utilizing P6 scheduling software.  Schedules will be cost loaded and contain all reporting requirements to include the earned value report (EVR) necessary for monthly invoicing.  Monthly updates include meeting with the owner to review progress and changes to the schedule.  A key section of the monthly update includes a section on current and potential future project delays to assist the parties to avoid/mitigate delays and providing the required notice to the owner as well as the documentation necessary for recovery of lost time and time related costs.
