Service Description

At CCSI, we provide formal partnering services in compliance with NAVFAC and USACE contracts. Our experienced facilitator has over 35 years of military construction experience, both as a contracting officer and as a general contractor, bringing a wealth of experience in the industry from both sides of the table. Our partnering approach focuses on open and frank communication, prompt yet informative decision making with result driven success. With CCSI - we don't just talk about problems, we provide solutions. We are the only local facilitator in Guam and as such we are more in tune with the unique problems associated with construction here and can provide services at half the cost since we are based on island.
